These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Bebo International website, product information, enquiry forms and quotation services.

By accessing the website, submitting an enquiry or requesting a quotation, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the website.

Bebo International is engaged in rice processing, milling, sorting, packaging, supply and export-related activities.

Our services may include:

• Supply of rice and related agricultural products

• Bulk and customised packaging
• Private-label packaging where agreed
• Export documentation
• Inspection coordination
• Freight and logistics coordination

The exact products and services applicable to a transaction will be stated in the relevant quotation, pro forma invoice, sales contract or written order confirmation.

Information displayed on the website is provided for general business and informational purposes.

We aim to keep product descriptions, photographs, specifications and certification information accurate. However:

• Grain dimensions, colour, moisture and other characteristics may vary within agreed tolerances

Final product specifications will be those stated in the written quotation, specification sheet, sample approval, pro forma invoice or sales contract.

Submitting an enquiry or Request for Quotation does not create a binding contract.

Unless otherwise stated, quotations remain valid for 24 hours from the date of issue.

• Freight rates

• Government duties or taxes
• Port charges
• Regulatory requirements
• Market availability

An order becomes binding only after we issue written confirmation and receive the agreed advance payment, letter of credit or other agreed payment security.

We reserve the right to accept or decline an enquiry or order.

The buyer must review and approve all relevant specifications before confirming an order.

Specifications may include:

• Rice variety
• Grain length
• Broken percentage
• Moisture content
• Foreign matter
• Damaged or discoloured grains
• Crop year
• Milling level
• Sortex quality
• Packaging material
• Bag weight
• Labelling and marking requirements

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the requested specifications comply with the laws and import requirements of the destination country.

Samples may be supplied upon request, subject to availability and agreed charges.

A sample represents the general product type and quality at the time it is supplied. Agricultural products may show reasonable natural variation between the sample and the final commercial shipment.

Courier, testing and sample-related expenses will be paid by the supplier unless otherwise discussed.

Prices will be stated in the relevant quotation or pro forma invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Prices exclude taxes, duties and destination charges
• The buyer is responsible for import duties and destination-country taxes
• Bank charges outside our receiving bank are the buyer’s responsibility
• Additional inspection, certification or documentation requested by the buyer may be charged separately

The applicable currency will be USUAL CURRENCY, SUCH AS USD OR INR, unless another currency is agreed in writing.

Payment terms will be stated in the quotation or pro forma invoice.

Our usual payment terms are unless another discussed.

Payments must be made only to the bank account officially communicated by Bebo International through an authorised email address or signed commercial document.

Buyers should independently verify any request to change bank account details. We will not be responsible for payments made to fraudulent or unauthorised accounts where the buyer failed to complete reasonable verification.

Late or incomplete payment may result in suspension, delay or cancellation of the order.

Production and shipment timelines are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Timelines may be affected by:

• Crop and raw-material availability
• Production schedules
• Packaging availability
• Inspection or testing delays
• Weather conditions
• Transport disruption
• Port congestion
• Vessel availability
• Customs procedures
• Government restrictions
• Force majeure events

We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed schedules but are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

The applicable shipping term will be stated in the quotation or contract and interpreted according to the agreed version of Incoterms.

The usual Incoterm is SUCH AS EXW, FOB, CFR OR CIF.

Ownership, responsibility, cost and risk will transfer according to the agreed Incoterm and transaction documents.

The buyer is responsible for reviewing shipping documents and promptly providing all information required for dispatch and customs clearance.

Products may be inspected internally and, where agreed, by an independent inspection agency before shipment.

Third-party inspection costs will be paid by buyer, unless otherwise agreed.

The buyer must notify us of any alleged shortage, damage or quality issue within unless otherwise discuss after delivery or receipt of the goods.

A claim should include:

• Order and invoice details
• Batch or shipment details
• Clear photographs or videos
• Quantity affected
• Independent survey or laboratory report, where appropriate
• Details of storage and handling after delivery

We may reject claims that are submitted outside the agreed period, lack supporting evidence or arise from improper storage, handling, transport or use after risk has transferred.

No product should be destroyed, returned, repacked or disposed of without our written approval where a claim is under review.

Because products may be processed, packed, labelled or procured according to the buyer’s requirements, confirmed commercial orders cannot ordinarily be returned or cancelled without written approval.

Any cancellation will be subject to:

• Work already completed
• Raw materials purchased
• Packaging produced
• Storage and handling costs
• Banking charges
• Inspection expenses
• Logistics or shipping commitments
• Other actual losses resulting from the cancellation

Goods may be returned only where expressly approved by us in writing.

We may display registrations, licences, certificates or compliance information on our website.

Certificate copies may be provided upon reasonable request, subject to confidentiality or third-party restrictions.

Certifications apply only within their stated:

• Scope
• Product category
• Facility
• Validity period
• Issuing authority
• Terms and conditions

The buyer remains responsible for verifying whether the product and supporting documents satisfy the import, food-safety, labelling and regulatory requirements of the destination country.

• Import rejection caused by destination-country requirements not disclosed to us
• Improper storage or handling after risk has transferred

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our total liability relating to a transaction will not exceed unless otherwise discuss.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We will not be liable for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Flood, fire or severe weather
• War, civil disturbance or terrorism
• Epidemic or pandemic
• Government restrictions
• Export or import bans
• Changes in law
• Port closure or congestion
• Shipping disruption
• Labour strikes
• Power failure
• Transport interruption
• Crop failure
• Shortage of raw materials
• Banking restrictions

Obligations affected by such an event may be suspended for the duration of the event.

You agree to indemnify Bebo International against reasonable losses, claims, costs or liabilities arising from:

• Your misuse of the website
• False or inaccurate information supplied by you
• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable law
• Packaging, labelling or specifications supplied or approved by you that infringe third-party rights or violate destination-country regulations

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

The parties should first attempt to resolve any disagreement through good-faith commercial discussions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in KAKINADA CITY, EAST GODAVARI DISTRICT AND ANDHRA PRADESH STATE FOR COURT JURISDICTION.

Where the company prefers arbitration, replace the court-jurisdiction paragraph with the arbitration clause approved by the company’s lawyer.

We may revise these Terms periodically.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
